At Good News Chapel, we highly value our corporate worship experience on Sundays and hope that you will be able to join us. Several key words describe our worship experience on Sundays.
We are Christ-Centered: We are intentional about singing, preaching, and celebrating the Gospel together. We believe that the Gospel never loses its relevance and power for people of all ages and experiences. On the first of every month, we celebrate the Sacrament of Communion where we remember and experience the Gospel through the symbols of bread and wine given to us by Christ.
We are Covenantal: We believe the Scripture values corporate worship in the context of family and unity. Therefore, if you have infants, toddlers, and children, please don’t be afraid to bring them into worship! There is no better way for children to learn Biblical principles of worship than from observing their parents faithfully worshiping the Lord. For parents with infants, we have a privacy partition for feeding, changing, and other special needs. During the sermon, we have a toddlers and children’s program called, “Covenant Kids” where our volunteers lead a time specifically geared towards young hearts and minds.
We are both Contemporary and Liturgical: When you walk into service on Sundays, you will notice that our worship style is contemporary with music, media, and an overall casual atmosphere. At the same time, we believe that the biblical model of worship involves an orderly exchange between God speaking to us, and our responding to Him. Our order of worship reflects this exchange to both glorify God and edify His Church.
We warmly invite you to join us for worship and encourage you to dress comfortably and come as you are.
