1.  Click here to download the <a href="Reimbursement.xls">form</a>.<br/>
2.  Fill out & print the form.<br/>
3.  Get signed approval from the Pastoral Staff<br/>
4.  Submit hard copy along with the receipts to the finance team.<br/>
