Cross Life is an affinity-based ministry purposed to create a community of young adult men and women, ages 17-23, to pursue and enjoy discipleship to Jesus Christ together as members of Good News Chapel. We believe that college and young adulthood is a highly formative time in a person’s life and we desire for that experience to be centered on Christ. Our two driving scripture passages are Romans 12:1-2, where believers are transformed by the renewal of their minds, and Ephesians 4:11-16, where believers are no longer children who are tossed about and deceived by errant doctrines, but are made mature in Christ through the obedience to the word and love for one another.
Cross Life meets weekly for bible study on Friday Nights at 8pm at the Woodgate campus. The ministry is led by Pastor Michael and our student core, who also plan various special events, outings, and retreats to build Christ-centered relationships and experiences.
